BSC HR Toolkit includes 15 balanced scorecards for various areas of HR including KPIs for recruitment, staffing, training, staff development, employees turnover, talent management, motivation, retention.

Each scorecard is delivered in the format of BSC Designer file (.bsc) and MS Excel file (.xls). The Toolkit includes freeware software BSC Designer Light that allows to work with .bsc files.
